We`ve got some great news for yoghurt lovers (and chocolate fans 😛)
A large global study published in Frontiers in Nutrition found that people who regularly eat fermented foods like yoghurt had a reduced risk of all-cause mortality compared to those who eat less of it. The research analysed data from more than three million participants, with yoghurt, fermented milk, cheese, and even chocolate among the foods most consistently linked to better outcomes 🤓
Researchers think it comes down to how these foods support gut health, reduce inflammation, and improve metabolic function. In other words, the stuff your body actually needs💪
